Throughout the whole process these guys helped all the way. I’ve never done an international move before and I’ve never made such an expensive purchase online before. I had to put my trust in these guys and to say I was worried would be an understatement. However every step of the way they helped and delivered a fantastic service. When I ran out of boxes and tape the guys gave us some which they didn’t have to but they did anyways. I had heard rumours about items arriving damp, I unpacked my items straight away and there was a feeling of moisture on the items but I got all the items out of the boxes and left them in the rooms for an hour and it was all just fine. My electrical equipment still works and not a single thing was broken. If I would have to move again I would choose GMS above all else. The price was a competitive price, a bit high for a disabled person so it ate through all of my savings but it had to be done. I’m just happy everything turned out well in the end and that’s all that matters so thank you GMS!
