What if the details of your moving company are incorrect?

Your moving company is already registered on the ScanMovers website before you create your profile. Once you have claimed the profile of your moving company, we will contact you and verify that you are the actual owner. After that, you can easily adjust your data.

ScanMovers is an online comparison-platform for moving companies. Not only companies that use our services are registered, however, also “non-active” companies. This allows customers to compare all moving companies in their region.

It is also possible for customers to create requests for "passive" registered moving companies. We forward this request to the specific company and give them the opportunity to quote on it by becoming an active member of ScanMovers.


You can claim your own company profile at the ScanMovers platform free of charge. This increases your online presence that allows you to meet your personal needs - of course, everything you desire. We would be happy to tell you more in a personal conversation about having to tell! 


How do you claim the profile for your moving company?

  1. You can enter your contact details via this link and submit an application for your company profile. 
  2. We check the accuracy of the data and whether the applicant is actually the owner of this company. 
  3. You will receive an email from us after 3 working days at the latest, containing the further steps to fully register your moving company. 

 

Why does your moving company already show on the ScanMovers platform?

ScanMovers lists all moving companies in the Benelux countries and Germany. Our goal is to make the traditional moving market fully transparent and therefore, we collect the public data of each moving company. This way, you know immediately what information of a company is available on the internet.

Why is your company not registered yet?

It could happen that your moving company is not yet listed yet the ScanMovers website. You can change this by registering your company in the "Moving Partners" area. 

 

How do you claim your moving company on ScanMovers?

You can find your company under the heading "Moving Companies" on the ScanMovers website. Go to your company page, click on the option "Claim my removal company" and follow the displayed steps. We will contact you within 3 business days and you can manage your moving company.

You can use the ScanMovers platform completely free of charge. Only if you quote on customers requests you pay a small amount. ScanMovers is free and non-binding for customers.

Did you forget your password?

If you do not remember your password, you can easily request a new one. Please contact us via info@scanmovers.com or call us on 085 - 303 52 29. 

 

Do you want to delete your account?

Currently it is not possible for you to delete your account yourself. If you send an email with a deletion request to info@scanmovers.com, we will switch off your account.
