It was a great experience. The packing crew was very professional and our items were well packed. Everything arrived in Newfoundland on time and damage free. I would recommend this company.

The movers just threw everything into boxes without much care and packed items I told them not to pack. They did not put an inventory and did not fill out required serial numbers for electronics - so almost every box was opened by customs (first out of many international moves). Shipment was also delayed beyond what I was told by two weeks plus lots of time in customs to go through all boxes…

Planning from the beginning was bad, We were charged additional charges due to that. What we had promised was not fulfilled. Read carefully the contract as what is being said verbally is not always what is being done.

My stuff was treated with respect, my concerns were taken serious and whatever question I had was always answered fast and with patience. Reloplant really took out a bit of the stress of moving. Relocated from Cork, Ireland to Warsaw, Poland Arrived this morning at the new apartment. As far, as I can see, everything arrived (except a TV set, currently investigating), nothing damaged, on time, very good communication. Highly recommended !

Move of a 5-person household from Poland to France by road Planning and communication with the company is very good, having received a dedicated liaison officer who's been very pro-active. Of course the main satisfaction with the move depends on the crew and I'm afraid we've been less lucky there: while the company promised that all our items would be safely wrapped and transported in extra thick boxes, basically promising no damage at all, many items turned out to be just thrown in boxes without protection at all. Far more damage than anticipated, not happy to recommend this company.

Double check everything and expect extra work Our experience wasn't great: - They had good price but they did scope less than other companies (less services) we ended up having to manage local delivery (a nightmare) - Despite the "precise quote" they made, we had to fight with people packing so they took everything we agreed - First part of the move was on time, second part was a challenge. We had to follow-up a lot of time with pick-up company to organize pick-up (that finally happened a week after the agreed date) - When we figured out the gap in service, no empathy, no help proposed

I was moving my home from Poland to United Kingdom Karina Jusupović and her colleagues from ReloPlanet impressed me from the start with how professional and organized they were. The move of our contents went smoothly, always on time exactly as agreed and the ultimate compliment that I can pay to this company is that when I viewed the boxes and furniture in the UK destination storeroom it looked exactly the same as in PL. You would never say that these items had moved from 1 country to another across the English Channel. I would highly recommend this company.

Reloplanet A fantastic team at Reloplanet. They were in contract and control of the entire move process. Everything went smoothly nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Reloplanet I moved from Warsaw, Poland to the US. I was promised three packers to make my move as efficient as possible. Finally, only one packer came and the procedure lasted almost the full day. The packer hasn’t had enough boxes and all hanging clothes were squeezed in a little box (I had to pay approx. $200 out of pocket for a local dry cleaner in the US). The worst was, that my 20 boxes arrived mostly damaged and the driver wanted to drop them on the sidewalk. An unloading and unpacking service was part of the offer, but I never received these services. I also didn’t receive any refunds. Overall: poorest service (promised and paid, but not delivered), poorest communication throughout the move. I definitely DO NOT recommend using them.
