Received items in same condition faster than i expected. Insurance process was easy- didnt need it but recommend it anyways.. just in case. Complete and reputable move at the right price All in all it was a good experience. As my first experience using an international mover, I didn't really know what to expect and felt like I had to ask alot of questions to get a complete picture of what was expected of me and how to get everything done. On the receiving side, I didn't get enough status updates. Once you have given all of your possessions to someone to transport, you need regular communication on what is happening and when to expect delivery. I feel like the best way to handle this is to give an outline of the whole process but also to make sure every communication ends with both the next step in the process and a commitment to communication on a given date with an update. I felt like i had to follow up with them to get that information and that my follow up was a nuisance. But I was sleeping in an empty apartment on a mattress on the floor while i waited for my furniture so my overall eagerness to receive my goods was heightened. I understand that a sea shipment takes time, but timely communication would have given me alot more peace of mind. Still everything showed up in one piece with only a little very minor damage but completely inventoried and accounted for. I will likely use them for our return move.

SDC International shipping The service eventually got our shipment from A to B, but the communication after the sale was closed was clunky and felt disorganized. I also feel that they over charged us as our shipment was less in volume than they quoted us, yet still charged us the full amount.

SDC International shipping This service is not good. Only one mover called me giving crazy price. When I tried to negociate, they did not respond at all. Then another mover called me asking to submit what I wanted to move and where. After than he disappeared. Therefore I had to find the mover by mysef. By the way it is very difficult to use your site because carachneres are so dim so I had hard time typing thyis mtssage. Never again!
