not good

I found that this company is not an honest company. I was misinformed about moving duties and other associated fees, not given proper invoices listing what was actually paid for and in addition I paid for services that i did not recieve; such as unpacking at destination. This company operates like a organized criminal enterprise disguised as a shipping company. Just like any good conns they are friendly but the reality is they are stealing from you. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Good packing service but shipping delayed by 2 months! Initially a very smooth start. The packing team arrived as scheduled and professionally packed/boxed up all our stuff. They even took a bit more than initially agreed and adjusted the price accordingly. However, then without any communication I discovered our stuff didn't leave Dubai for about 6 weeks as the company was waiting to find a vessel to take it our stuff to malaysia. This was very frustrating. Eventually after no real reassure or formal tracking information we were told our stuff was now on a vessel. After it arriving in KL we then waited another 2 weeks to be contacted about actually receiving our stuff. So all in all we had our stuff packed up mid June, told it would take around 6-8 weeks to arrive in KL, but didn't receive our stuff untill first week in October. It was particularly frustrating because many of my friends who were also moving from dubai to various other countries in the world (including Malaysia) received their stuff weeks before we did.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Moving to a different country is extremely stressful and our movers alleviated a lot of the worry associated with an international move. They provided prompt, hands-on service from the moment we obtained the quotation, asking us about our biggest concerns and providing reassurance and data to support their claims. Our customer service representative was available to answer all of our questions and was very responsive to our needs. The people who packed up our items in Canada were professional, respectful and took great care. We were able to track our shipment online knowing when it arrived in the port of entry and from then, the partner organization in Costa Rica kept us informed of transportation to the warehouse and when inspection and evaluation of customs/duties would take place. The movers at our new home were also courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Orbit International Moving Logistics LTD t anyone looking to make an international move!
