Oxford Van Lines The way my shipment from Singapore to the US has been handled by Oxford Van Lines is pathetic. I was told that the transit time would be about 35 days - the shipment was handed over to Oxford Van Lines on 18th December - the forwarding agent in the US , Contour Logistics now reuses to deliver my shipment as Oxford Van Lines have not paid them for Customs Clearance and Delivery - repeated calls to Oxford Van Lines are not picked up. Now I am told that till Oxford Van Line pays Contour Logistics , my shipment will not be delivered and I will need to pay Contour Logistics storage charges additionally . This is mental and harassment to customers !!
