Company was on time, price was fair, but my items got really chucked around. Also, a box of lighters was confiscated by customs. Lighters weren't on their list of banned items, and I listed it in the box contents, but nothing was said to me. After, they wanted to charge me 2500rmb to have the lighters shipped to me. They weren't just cheap lighters, it was my collection of classic and antique lighters, but sadly they're not really worth 2500

Very professional, took good care of my things and were very polite. If i move again i know who to call.
