It was easy to choose Hyundai International Relocations! On the day the movers arrived on time, and carefully packed the items, labeling the boxes accordingly. They also took my bicycle to their warehouse for packing and sent me a photo later that day. All email communication was extremely clear, detailed, and in perfect English, so I didn't have any problems understanding instructions and procedures. I was even sent detailed instructions for how to apply for tax exemption on personal goods in my home country. 10/10 I would recommend Hyundai International Relocations. They hired us to do a destination service in Sweden, but they never paid our invoice. And they just hung up the phone when we try to get hold of them.

Do not use this company. It appears to be run by one person who pays other people/companies to execute the actual work. This person is eager to collect your money, and nothing more. The only time you get any sort of contact is when he conducts the initial estimate; I should have spotted the red flag when I noticed he wasn’t actually checking the items carefully — he was just going through the motions. Once all of the items are boxed and shipped, he will send you a final bill with additional and inflated charges — this is the scam. He hooks you by giving you a lowball price, then methodically times everything so that you can’t opt out. The delivery company that he pays doesn’t care about you or your goods, because they are sub-contracted, and they know they have no liability; hence, they add additional charges on the backend, and perform cheap labor. I had several items damaged, so I contacted Hyundai Relocation on numerous occasions to claim the insurance — absolutely no response. This is unethical and criminal. Take a look at their dysfunctional website and paperwork; you will spot the shoddiness. On top of that, he is just an awful, unprofessional, negative, and arrogant person. He is eager to let you know he is right and you are wrong. Simply put, this is not a business, and he doesn’t know how to run one; he is scamming people by middling/exploiting an under-regulated aspect of an industry. Stay away from this makeshift business, and use an actual moving company.

Extremely poor service. Poor communication. Happy to take your money and then run. Was told it would take 2 months to ship, we're at 6 months. 2 months ago items arrived in Europe. Hyundai Relocation contracted a dutch company on this end to handle things. This company's reviews are nothing but warnings of scams, fake charges and phantoms delays and lost items. If I could rate 0 I would. I would recommend that you never do business with this company. No idea if anything was damaged, because we still haven't received the items.

They came and signed the contract quickly. Money is paid. But after 5 months, I cannot receive my shipment. Almost no support. Late response. I keep try to contact to understand what happen with my shipment. But yet no feedback. I strongly not recommend this company

Mostly smooth This company did an excellent job in documentation, pick up, drop off and keeping appointments. The only complaint I have, which seems reasonable for the price we paid, was that somewhere in transit rats got into our stuff and chewed off part of our brand new dining table surface, and the company has yet to get back to me about proceeding with insurance claim for the table. It is clearly visible where the rats cut the insulation and where they chewed and the size of their teeth. They got to two items but the dining table mattered. No issues other than that.

Nightmare! Hyundai Relocations will give you a very reasonable quote for your move. His packers (mostly family members) are fast. So fast that they can empty out a jewelry box before you even see them. Property arrived in two shipments (was supposed to be all in one shipping container). Lost boxes. Some valuables possibly stolen. Company refuses to acknowledge any mistakes on their part. Insurance only paid about 20 percent of our claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
