Great service!

Royal Relocations Packaging was good and initial service was great. However everything was a terrible when it came to delivery. They charged hidden charges by playing on words. Their estimation of the handling fees was completely under the real charge. All in all we had to pay significant amount in addition to the agreed. Of course they denied having any responsibility (which is typical to low standard shipping companies). I would not recommend them and will never use them again.

Royal Relocations This thorough and very detailed consultation and quotation for services. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to accurately assess our move requirements without conducting any site survey. However, they did not win the deal with us in the end due to lack of follow up with customer as we were waiting to hear back from them but instead had to chase them for follow up action.

Royal Relocations The initial response was very prompt. Within 1 week, item to be shipped was packed and collected from my premises. I have PAID UP all charges including full risk insurance, however its been 10 days now and I am still awaiting the shipping schedule advice from Royal Relocations. I am giving them a little more time to reply and if I do not get any information within the two weeks from collection of the item, I will come back to you. The date set is the 19th of October, collection from my house was on the 05th October. I do hope there will not be any let down. Regards Chang

Royal Relocations I was ready pleased from the sales and office staff to the men who did the packing all of them were professional and courteous. Very happy to have the groupage option . It met our needs and the reduced cost was great.
