Hassle-free moving My experience with WBS was very smooth. Right from the baggage pickup till the arrival, everything was explained in a detailed manner via website or by the agents. This also helped me to plan better and be mentally prepared about the things to be done on my side. The driver picked up my baggage at the door of my building, and though the overall process was not express, I wouldn't call it slow either. I sent the goods from Netherlands and received the same in India within 10 days. Have not found any damages yet to anything (I am yet to unpack everything). There was no hassle during the entire process and I was informed about the status of the shipment regularly by email, and communication experience with the agency was always prompt. Also received AWB number for online tracking. I would recommend this as a very good option to send your bulk goods from Netherlands.
