They don't have any physical presence in Hong Kong SAR. All their customer service post picking up your goods is based out of Phillipines. The support is not only lacking a sense of urgency they are condescending.
I will never ever recommend Allied to any one trying to move their household goods through them or spend their precious money and time on this company.

Absolutely the worst move I have ever experienced, and I have mover around the world.
No proactive, needs to be chased on regular basis and there is no responsibility.
All items on survey identified "MUST NOT BREAK" were broken!!!
