I’ll never use Smooth Move again. Smooth Move forgot to pack our childrens bunk bed parts plus several glass items were not pack properly to prevent breakage. Then my bed mattress cover was ruined. All due to improper packing. Now Smooth Move is probably out of business. They don’t respond to any form of contact.
