Not good at all They have charged more than our expectations once they bring to their storage. Price should be informed before to move instead of checking in their storage. So they charged double. They are always sending big truck for more than two three movers and this truck is not easy to come close to home .

Able Moving & Storage The packing up phase of the move in Silver Spring was a disaster, a complete nightmare and we never want to use, see or hear from ABLE again. Our destination mover Viking by contrast were a pleasure to work with and did a very competent job all around. Will use them for our next move. The 2 star rating is an assessment of the entire move. 5 stars should go to Viking (US Virgin Islands) for their part. Jess Reed was an invaluable resource and did an excellent job for us throughout the entire process. We are most grateful for her care and professionalism. Ms Reed likely has an email record of the events that unfolded on the moving out days and over the subsequent days and weeks.
