I wish I could give negative points for this company. but the only reason why I gave 1 star for their delivery Manager Mr. Mahesh and the boys who came to deliver my shipment. They were PUNCTUAL very helpful. NEGATIVE STAR for the management, IT SUCKS ITS HORRIBLE.. I WISH , DIRECTOR GOOD FOR NOTHING. MR. VISHAL. DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MENTAL HARRASSMENT TO THEIR CLIENTS GIVEN BY MR IBRAHIM . The CEO being involved keeps his mouth SHUT and DOESNT CARE ABOUT WHAT TORTURE THE CUSTOMER IS GOING THROUGH. EXPECIALLY A SINGLE MOTHER WITH A SMALL KID. They are not empathetic about it at all. Even Mr .Mahesh wasn t surprised about the same THUMBS up to the delivery boys. I wish I could remember their names. BUT DONT TAKE THEIR SERVICE . MAJOR RIP OFF
