I did contract Mudanzas Menorquinas for a moving from Madrid to Minorca, Mudinmar are the "collaborators" that packed everything (in my opinion using to many card box and plastic, not very sustainable). At one point I asked if on delivering the packing material will be retired and they employees (not the salesman) said that of course, that I was paying full service, but on delivery the other company said that they never offer that service and was not included (which they didn't mention when hiring them). I complaint to both companies but they passed the ball from one to another. And there I was, stacked with 130 boxes and tons of wrapped plastic for a one bedroom 55 sq-meter apartment paying 4.500 euros for a 19 m3 moving (all fit in a small truck), besides I had myself to unpack everything except a sofa and a table that they dismantled.
