They present themselves as a professional company but less is true. Very dispappointing company.. Moving from middle of Portugal to Italy. The transport to months longer then they promised fro this very high pricing we expected service but absolutely not the case.

Horrible experience. Many damages. Very unprofessional packaging and transportation. Many missing items, big question about the quality of the staffs.

They were very efficient in communication as well as the actual packing. Very personable.

Packing and per-communication were fine, than after they handover to another agency is where the problems started, in summary local agency did not provided all the require information and the boxes were retained in their warehouse, I end up paying almost another 500 euros on top for "quote adjustment " and storage. Overall I do not recommend, was not about the money was about the process was wrong.

The teams at both ends were great, fast and careful with my items. They turned up on time and were friendly.

Good movers. Always stressful moving abroad but less stressful this time. They have a great, professional team and handled everything with care.
