Painful We were promised 4 people to empty large lorry we got 2. Took far too long to do. Furniture not rebuilt. Hundreds of pounds of items driven off with and took weeks to get back. Damage done leaving items unusable. Promised all items insured but no sign of this. Have had to chase for any communication, management don't care and wont even pick up the phone, appaling customer service
