Canada to UK Orbit was responsive, professional and courteous from day one. Our contact (James) was incredibly personable and patient though the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend Orbit again.

Very good Orbit was fantastic. They are professional, organized and their movers are first class. The staff putting the move together were responsive , intelligent and proactive. The guys picking up In Toronto were 5 star. The guys on the other end delivering in NYC were late , just ok and not as professional . The NJ based office was definitely not as organized. The woman I was communicating said she’d locate the movers who were MIA and then went to lunch! That issue boils down to Hiring,staffing and training . I don’t blame the Toronto office. It was out of their control
