Pioneer Movers No stars! First of all my items were lost and when recovered it was delivered to me in a broken state! This was the worst experience with movers.

Pioneer Movers Was told I would get quotes from at least 6 different relocators but only recieved 2 so far. Move has been delayed due to poor follow-up and lack of negotiation of T & C. Royal not interested in small projects and Pioneer only interested in confirming the order without doing any sales or fact finding.

Pioneer Movers Was a terrible experience, they emailed me within 48hrs as I submitted my request with you guys the Relocator and then when I replied to their email with all details they asked for regarding the volume and so on, they had to keep me waiting for more than a week to reply back, and that's not it, they gave me the worst highest price ever, with a whopping of 5,650,00MYR = 1,453USD !!! I could fly on areturn business class trip from Dubai to Malaysia with that price, enjoy my extra business package allowance with the fancy business class cabin, get my stuff back with me, hustle free if I wanted to! I thought shipping more convenient as it might take a longer time in the sea container but eventually I'll pay less, apparently that's not the case with Pioneer services. It's just waste of time and money
