Mostly completed ourselves: moving company were very busy! Boxes and packing materials were delivered as requested. I opted to pack our items myself. I chose Fly Star as the arrival time they quoted was quicker than other companies. I now know this is not achievable and am still waiting for my items to arrive. They quoted 26 days....this may be accurate but does not include transfer times at either end. I cannot therefore comment on the condition of my goods on arrival. There are also mistakes in the English quotation form I accepted, however the details can be understood.

Fly Star Movers International Very professional and reliable company showing a lot of understanding of customer's concerns. Very helpful, practical and capable staff. I had been through international moving numerous times and have to say that this experience was the best, so far. All they promised they achieved. No damages whatsoever.

Fly Star Movers International they were professional, but some of my hard items like oven and toaster got damage. my working toaster got so badly damage that it trips the house CB when used. I have to throw it away now, thereby incurring direct loss.

The main reasons for choosing this company was the flexible nature of their pricing, extensive experience of destination country, good follow up on actions, thorough response to queries, site survey, tour of office and warehouse and walk through of entire shipping procedures.

Fly Star Movers International As a matter of fact it took much longer to get my stuff to the destination than predicted. The parcels got stuck in the Italian Customs Office for almost two weeks because, apparently, the customs clearance documentation produced by the Italian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur was not attached to the shipment. Prior to the shipment, I personally collected this important document and handed it over to Fly Star Movers International stressing the importance of it for clearing customs and avoiding import duties in Italy. I don't know whether it was Fly Star Movers International or TNT's fault, for sure somebody forgot to attach the document to the shipment. Hopefully both organizations will learn from this, so other customers will not have to experience the same inconvenience.
