Excellent service n the UK side. Punctual, professional.
Moved from UK to South Africa.
My only recommendation is better comms wrt the arrival of the shipment but otherwise really good delivery service on the SA side.

Disorganized and unstaffed
Communication throughout the whole move was messy and incomplete (did not receive the tracking number) and the movers in London were hugely unstaffed 3 instaed of 5. Luckily all seem to have worked out but the experience was awful.

very bad experience, shipment was delayed despite giving the packers time in advance, we had to incur hotel costs to move out early for the mover to take our stuff then it never arrive at the other end more than a month later, incurring more cost to buy new stuff to use in the mean time, having a four months old tagging along and left without bath tubs, changing mats and bottles was a real pain!

Very good service from day one, if expensive. Had the Pickfords team in the UK, and then Allied Pickfords in Australia. As we were emigrating to Australia from the UK. Everything going smoothly in the UK, then hit a few teething problems when getting everything moved in, in Australia. Moved into an 8th Floor apartment, so had to pay a fee for it not being on one level. And also the road outside was too narrow for a normal removal truck, so had to pay a fee for 2 x smaller utes instead. But the removal men very professional and quick! And the co-ordinators kept me well informed, and up to date with the whole process. I would recommend them, but they don't come cheap! But you get what you pay for.
