Moved household from Melbourne Australia to Washington USA Everything arrived intact and on time

Admin process very good but item not packed properly Administration and communication process by the girls at North Lakes excellent but found the packers in the UK had not professionally packed my item. They had attached masking tape to the item which resulted in the varnish coming off when I removed in which left large stripes across the unit. Item now needs to be restored.

PACK & SEND Kew Initial impresions were encouragng. The company did not have an understandng of what was needed for delivery, or by customs, in South Africa. It was left to us to deal with FedEx, make several phone calls., btain customer invoices, fill in contents' forms and chase tracking. This caused us and the recipients' unnecessary stress. The goods did arrive, albet later than we expected, and were in good order.

PACK & SEND Kew Sent several boxes, friendly, easy to deal with. Didn't handle extra bed taxes incurred but told me as much. Plastic boxes sent were beaten up but the contents were all fine
