Elliott Mobility is AMAZING! I’ve utilised their services twice and have been incredibly impressed in all respects. Very efficient and pleasant. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Elliott!

For the most part, Elliott provided a decent and time efficient service, however two issues were problematic. Firstly, the costs were escalated by almost 15% above the quoted price. The quote itself was more expensive than other international movers but we chose Elliott thinking they had a good name and that on this basis an accurate quote would be provided. Rather, we were required to pay extra costs for exchange rate fluctuations, port charges and additional driving costs due to the ship berthing in a different location in the port to what was expected. Elliott ensures they pass all unforseen costs onto their clients. Secondly, the inventory provided was compiled poorly. Item descriptions were inaccurate and locations of items were incorrectly lumped into a few rooms as opposed to the correct rooms in which they were found. This made it very difficult to find particular items.

Very good, thank you! both in 2010 and 2019, We found Elliott's ability to deal with both our moves, to and from the UK, excellent. Their packing was superb when we left SA in 2010, as was their off-loading (we didn't need them to unpack anything as our things went into storage on our return) in September 2019. We highly recommend Elliot. We were not as happy with Elliott's UK partner, Bonner, though. They were hugely understaffed and their packing wasn't nearly as precise as Elliott's. We are however grateful to both Elliott and Bonner for transporting our goods safely and in good time! Thank you!

Elliott Mobility Bad and disappointing experience. Did not provide feedback on shipment, shipment was very late. Bunch of liars and thieves. Should have gone with another moving company.
