Relocated from RSA to U.S.A UNETHICAL - do not use. We hired Shipping Agent Company X (pseudonym) and found out that they hired Casa Blanca Logistics for our shipment. Casa Blanca Logistics are acting as if they are awaiting payment from Shipping Agent Company X (pseudonym) and are playing these two companies off of each other (these two owners are in fact married to each other) . They do not assist the client at all. Our cargo was held hostage. The proper paperwork for customs weren't filed. We had to repay 50% of their outstanding bill, pay extra cargo storage fees and had to hire a customs broker to file the proper paperwork.
