A significant portion of our household belongings were affected by mold. Additionally, a desk was broken during the move. When we attempted to file an insurance claim, we discovered they were not insured with the company we had agreed upon. Instead, they presented a falsified proof of insurance document. To add insult to injury, they only offered compensation for a fraction of the actual damages.

Failed to communicate the required import documents before we left Korea. Terrible communication/transparency on when the shipping was leaving and very poor customer service by not a) accepting shortcomings and b) not attempting to support/correct failings during the process. The foreign agent was rude in emails and failed to acknowledge that sending the import documents after we had left the country was a misstep on the company's part.
