Up until now I am unaware whether my goods have been shipped, I am not clear on the insurance and I have to follow up with them for everything. Based on my experience, I would suggest another moving company even if it is at a bit more of a premium just for better service and for peace of mind that your goods are being dealt with a more professional team!
