I had a 20’ shipment of my personal effects from Hong Kong to Nhava Sheva (Mumbai). The operational service of packing, trucking both ends, customs process and delivery to my new home was excellent and I would rate the service as top class. However there was a dispute over a month after the goods were already delivered, pertaining to Container Freight Station and Customs related charges. These costs have been part process of clearance in Nhava for several years. Claiming that these were “unforeseen expenses” which needed to be paid on top means Swift Relo did not know the process and related costs in India while making a “door to door” offer and they wanted me to pay for their ignorance. I was placed under considerable pressure with a lot of emails arguing their claims, even suggesting that they might need to explore legal options knowing it would not be feasible for me to defend this in a city from where I had already migrated!! Finally, I had to buy my peace of mind by agreeing to pay 50% of the disputed amount. Swift Relo understands the process and costs in Hong Kong but perhaps not elsewhere, at least not in Nhava Sheva. Potential users will be well advised to become familiar with process and costs at destination and ensure they are well covered in the contract amount being agreed to. The “unforeseen and unexpected expenses” clause was misused in my case.

The SwiftRelo provides excellent services on international relocation of goods from Hong Kong to United Kingdom on two occasions for my family in 2013 and 2014 respectively. With my sister's recommendation, I ordered the services from SwiftRelo for the transportation of goods to UK in mid of 2014. The staff, Christian from SwiftRelo performed in a professional manner when quoting the prices and the estimations of boxes for the move. The delivery workers assisted to pack all goods to boxes with care, efficient and professional manners. With their assistance, I was able to handle all the goods for delivery efficiently. For the payment and admin work, Saini communicated with me by emails and calls and all the procedures were running smoothly and effectively. With their support and efforts, I received all the goods in good conditions in UK. Their attitude and professional manner are highly appreciated. Without doubt, I will recommend SwiftRelo to others who requests the service.

Our move from Hong Kong to Mauritius went smoothly. The team in Hong Kong were efficient and always on hand to answer any questions. The Mauritius team were also efficient and helped us make sure the customs procedures went without any problems. The second time we used them was not a great experience. They did not do a good job packing our antique furniture. We filed a claim for one and received payment for it. However we did not notice the other two damaged antiques until a few weeks later. We tried to claim them but they have refused to pay. Although we understand that "legally" they are free from their liabilities as we already filed a claim, we are very disappointed they are not taking their fiduciary responsibility to their clients for their poor packaging. For example, they "packed" the antique basin by folding and inserting it into two flattened boxes (with another mirror) with paper stuffed around the sides. Neither the mirror nor stand was wrapped in plastic and one of the joints broke. We found scrapes, chipped paint on the red cabinet doors because they were dismantled and packed together, red sides facing each other, with no paper in between! The bench arm also came apart. These are antiques, over 100 years old so naturally we are upset as they have sentimental value. We spent over a USD1000 to repair them. As a repeat customer, it is very disappointing for us to witness their lack of concern and refusal to take any responsibility for their poor packaging standards. Competitive pricing should not equate to having to sustain damage to your beloved items.

Swift Relo is a terrible company. They LOST my luggage. Yes that's correct. They actually LOST all of my personal belongings. Apart from losing my valuable possessions, I think the issue that is most upsetting is that they did not even apologize. And they ruled out providing any compensation. They used a partner called Swift Relo and have just said "we do not know what happened to it" and "unfortunately things do get lost from time to time". An UNBELIEVABLY BAD company to work with. I have worked with a number of removal companies over the years, I would recommend that anyone looking for a removalist to AVOID USING SWIFT RELO at all costs.

This company shall be black listed Not following the contract at all, they will start making excuses for additional charges once they have collected the goods, if you are not falling, they will impose storage charge.

Efficient service and good post delivery partner I used the company for removal from Hong Kong to the UK. The relocation planning and packing had been smoothly carried out in an efficient way. Besides, the post delivery partner in the UK gave me a good helping hand in storing my shipment for several months as I had difficulty in finding a suitable house in view of my new arrival status as well as the influence of COVID-19.

Multiple items damage and inadequate insurance provided. The movers themselves were pleasant, but they damaged multiple items through lack of care. The total damage was over $1000 USD, and the insurance provided only offered $200 as compensation. They stopped responded to my e-mails as soon as they fobbed me off to the insurance company. Don't use them unless you have no valuables being shipped or a hefty insurance premium to cover the items they damage.

They under quote then recharge increasing the cost considerably. They do't care about how they pack, damaging may of my possessions they have no customer service. They turned up late for every meeting including packing, they never respond to queries unless they chase money!!! For a life changing move this company has made my life a nightmare and cost me an additional 50% of the move replacing items they damaged. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE AND MAKE YOUR LIFE SIMPLER IN THE LONG RUN.

Hong Kong to Auckland I had a very bad experience with Swiftrelo. What they called all inclusive price is cheating!! Not the mention that the time for delivery is extremely long (the container sit in the Hong Kong port for one month), I made full payment to Swiftrelo right after my stuff was packed. At the time we were finally contacted for delivery, they just don't settle the transaction fee with its local agent and telling me that it was excluded. I refer to the exclusion clause which clearly stated only unexpected or special custom and quarantine treatment would make additional charge. My stuff was neither under special quarantine treatment or unexpected chraged but Swiftrelo just deny the charge and delay my delivery. Poor experience with Swiftrelo!!

SwiftRelo This company looked very promising. We had great communication to start and they worked with everything I asked for. I loved that I was able to pack it all myself. They picked up my shipment and then it sat in Hong Kong, for two months! I still do not have my belongings, I've been home a month and my belongings still have not left. No idea when they will arrive and no idea when they will leave. The only answer I can get is that I'll receive a tracking number when it does leave. I knew it could take up to three months to receive my shipment, but two months sitting in port is rediculous.

SwiftRelo Lots of hidden cost in the price. Delay to deliver is much more than other compagny. They take your money and no more service. I do not recommend.

The packing went smoothly.My disappointment was waiting for the shipment and not being told what was happening. I had to email after 8 weeks to find out what was going on. I was told the shipment had arrived and they would let us know what was happening. It took 2 weeks more to finally organise our delivery. We were initially told 6 to 8 weeks, it took 10. This was disappointing as we had heard nothing for 8 weeks and this didn't get going unless I pursued matters. We are taking delivery tomorrow.
