It is not known if there is any damage because we have not received any of our 26 boxes of goods yet It has been 5 weeks since our goods were picked up in Edinburgh at an extra expense to sent it by local movers to the Courier's depot. The goods, I am told, are still in storage in London. They have not left the UK yet and are coming by sea. I do not know when they will arrive in Canada. I am not impressed by this delay although the quality of the move seemed OK. I was to be sent a photo of the goods on pallet in London but this has not happened either. I am still hopeful that it will all work out. What else can I be at this point? It would be very upsetting if the goods never reach us. . Insurance money would come no where near replacing it.

Horrendous We selected Pickfords because of their reputation but then discovered they used TNT parcel deliveries to collect our nine boxes eight of which were delivered on the arranged date but in very poor condition with some breakages the ninth box arrived a week later. So over all not very happy.

Pickfords Move Management Ltd. I recently moved my worldly goods from Brighton to Dubai, using Pickfords. The whole experience was a nightmare for us. We were promised 5 weeks door to door. It was 8. We had no comms with the local agent responsible for the move and so we had to put our 3 kids on airbeds not knowing when the items would turn up. Eventually it did, but they wanted to charge us hidden extras for storing it on the dock. The packers also left razors and cigarette butts all over our garage and broke 3 items from our kitchen. Not great! I would think long and hard when it comes to choosing a supplier!

Pickfords Move Management Ltd. While the move hasn't been completed yet as goods won't arrive in Australia for 3 months to date I have been really happy with service provided by Pickfords. All my queries were answered quickly and thoroughly. Paperwork was easy to complete and there was no issues despite distance of organisation. Move on the day was very smooth. Movers arrived on time and were finished very quickly and cleanly. Very happy to recommend based on service to date. Looking forward to safe delivery in Sydney.
