I don't recommend Victor Ek removal company. I paid almost 14 000 € for my moving from Denmark to Finland. For insurance, I paid 600 €, because the company's insurance was modest. On the final bill there also a price for work that wasn´t done. It was removed after my suggestion. The price didn't guarantee quality. Some of my things, like furniture were damaged, because they were not protected. Some of my plants were put and found dead in the cellar, because the staff didn't bother to read what was written on the boxes. Instead of being responsible from the very beginning, I heard endless explanations, excuses and less nice comments. First after 4 months, they finally repaired my furniture. My plants were never replaced or compensated.

Unprofessional and unethical We chose Viktor Ek when we were looking for a company to help us move our personal items. We were given a quote for 2 cubic meters and we have packed exactly this volume. When packers came, they confirmed, that the final volume was exactly that. However we got invoiced for overvolume and the explanation was that they repack things after they pack them in front of you and usually it causes overvolume. So the quote was not correct and you actually cannot pack 2 cubic meters, because after they repack it without you, it will cause overvolume. The staff is very unresponsive. Our package has not yet come, although it has been over 2 months since it was taken. I tried addressing the matter, but they are being very evasive and vague about their procedures. I do not recommend using this company.

Victor EK Moved from San Francisco to Helsinki and everything went great!!!! Very officiant packing and especially unpacking !!!!! Would recommend for sure!!!
