Easy, efficient and stress free We had only 48 hours notices given to us that we needed to leave Japan and get back to the UK before they cancelled all flights due to Covid-19. Nippon Express came the day after we contacted them and packed up our whole flat quickly and efficiently. They were so professional, as well as strong and careful with our belongings. They explained everything clearly and were really helpful. On the UK end they were equally helpful and give us clear explanations of when things would arrive and helped ensure everything went into the correct room and even added a second location on to our drop-off for a small additional cost. Would definitely ise them again.
