Before the deposit, he responds quickly, makes convincing promises, and appears competent. Once paid, he stops replying to emails, ignores calls, and delivers nothing he promised. He never sent the packing materials and subcontracted every part of the job without oversight. The driver had almost no information, receiving only a Google location instead of a proper address, and there was zero guidance on customs requirements. We had to track down the necessary details ourselves and eventually collect our belongings from the border. We ended up paying him in full to try to get our stuff back, and he even tried to charge us extra. When we tried to resolve matters, he yelled at us, became verbally abusive, and hung up.
