Poor communication, unclear expectations. Moved in October, haven't heard yet if my belonging are going to even leave my home country. Very poor communication and even poor follow up. For all I know, my belongings have been sold off or dumped in the ocean. Not impressed. The only part of this process were the gentlemen who came and loaded - they were great! The only professionals in our opinion. Would not recommend to anyone moving, do not use this company.
