Thoroughly professional and hard working throughout the move. The team was very experienced and put us at ease right from the start. The only company to actually come to our house to review and discuss our needs in person.

Bournes International Moves So unhappy. Inefficient packing, left loads of items in our (old) house. Had to write to MD to get them to re-pack and return so that we could move our belongings. Breakages of precious antique items, and clear mishandling of goods which were broken in the boxes. Damaged our fireplace, saying they'd come back to us, and did nothing about it. Wish we'd moved with someone else.
