I finally requested my money back as I found a company who could do it.They only returned half my money and in all our communication they did not indicate they would do that. One of their representatives got annoyed with me stating my case and then proceeded to block me on whatsapp. Horrible unprofessional company.

Not accurate in their services and don't give right answers They don't choose the right ship line or shortest trip. Items arrived safely.

Nightmare Initially it seems fine when they picked, packed and moved furniture from our house. However they are not operating in Pakistan and left us at the mercy of their agents who were nothing short of cheaters. Had to pay more than double of the committed amount. They should not be offering services for Pakistan and must be clear with their clients.

Dubai to Toronto I used Shipwaves for my move to Toronto from Dubai and they lost one of my boxes (it literally never showed up when the container was open in Canada). Their shopping partners in Toronto stole another box of mine during delivery. The insurance company refused to honour my claim because Shipwaves' inventory list was incomplete and they applied for my insurance after the shipment was dispatched. I was given no compensation from Shipwaves despite following up with them and the Insurance company for 6 months. Please avoid them, they are very unprofessional!

Unprofessional I booked shipment from Dubai to Canada in the month of July and it was confirmed by Manjunath and team that my shipment will be delivered at my doorstep within 45 to 60 days. Now it has been 4 months and despite my several calls, emails and messages so far no information about my shipment. Every call a new employee (Aneesh, Vinatha, Rizwan, Roopika and many more) comes in the picture . No one gave me the proper information because I paid the money in advance. UNPROFESSIONAL CO. They don't understand snow already started here and how difficult it is to survives here without warm cloths, furniture and other kitchen items. Everything you cant afford to buy new.

Very bad experience Hiding information about the ship route..lying... delayed in preparation of documents ...didn't give the client the best and shortest route. I don't know what will happen at the destination port because the shipment not arrived yet. In general will not recommend this company to others.
