Relocation from Qatar to KSA and paid for a door to door service. Packing crew in Qatar were organised but issues started when our items arrived in KSA. Delight have no control over their destination country local agents and will not support their customers when the local agents present invoices with no justification for costs and charge for door to door transport costs which have already been paid. Now been over 6 months and we still have not received all of our items as the local agent is holding them hostage until we pay for transportation which we have already paid Delight for. Delight will not support their customer and will recommend that you pay all charges presented, even if there are no quotations, detailed justification of costs or items charged that have already been paid for. Watch out for extra charges and no interest in customer satisfaction.

BE WARNED - Unprofessional - DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE Be warned! Shocking customer service...items simply gone ‘missing’ upon arrival. Their team take photos at time of packing , yet these also seem to go missing, and they do not take detailed inventory. Seems they do this so they don’t have to accept responsibility for losing items. Also one fo the worst customer service representatives I've ever experienced...rude, disrespect for you the client and takes an age to respond with simply tasks. Unfortunately seems the overall service deniers of this company is as bad as the customer service Be WARNED - plenty other negative reviews, I should have taken notice.

Receiving from the States was not proper. The part of moving from the UAE was not a problem. In fact, they did a good job packing and sending. But receiving the shipment at the States, I had many issues. First of all, they arrived at my place after 10:30 pm. Second, they charged us exuberant amount for reloading because of our narrow driveway from the main road. Third, they didn’t unpack and no removal of the packing material. Fourth, I contested to the mover, Delight company, but they never responded my inquire.

Delight movers are the most unprofessional company to use to move you, they do not answer when you have a problem! There is no GM in this company, in fact not sure if this company is real movers!!!! Delight International Movers To make it short: We trusted Delightmovers as we used them before for a inner city move in Abu Dhabi in 2013. Since then the company seems to be on the downhill all the way. The packing wasn`t done in the same professional way as before and the staff did not know what they were doing when they tried to pack my bike for example-they almost destroyed it... . The packing was done on June the 4th and today, exactly 42 days later (42-50 days was the estimate they gave me for the time it would take to ship our belongings to Japan), they informed me that they finally sent it out of the U.A.E.! Now it will take probably at least 42-50 days more until out stuff will arrive in Japan. They never updated me of anything during this time without being asked by me and at one point answered not at all for 2 weeks. I call this fraud and are still wondering if I will open a case at the court in Abu Dhabi. I hate to admit, but I made a big mistake by trusting this company!
