I would not recommend. Items took more than 6 months to arrive to the final destination after leaving my residence. Their delay on shipping items meant I was expected to pay more for shipping. They then tried to double charge me and when I queried I was told to pay or the charge would increase. Eventually they admitted their mistake. On arrival to my home country they did not have the proper paperwork done and the only way I was able to get my items released by customs was to get involved myself. No help from their agent in the country apart from trying to charge me yet more money! This company is only out to get as much money as possible from you without doing any of the work they say they will! Stay away!

Smooth and reliable It was a great experience. The move was during the convid 19 and it was difficult as so many rules to follow. However I am glad I chose Crown coz they knew exactly how to handle it. I will use them again and again for my next either local or international move!
