Very bad experience I wanted my items shipped to USA but three months after its still in their storage

Not Recommended for International Moves I chose this company based on a decent average rating but should have conducted more due diligence - they seem well-equipped for local moves but the feedback for international moves is not great, as I discovered once I had concerns over the location of my possessions. Boxes were collected as arranged, but that is where the service ended - any issues were then blamed on their 'service provider'. Sending boxes by air freight from the UAE to the UK took over three weeks, two weeks longer than expected. It was only in the last couple of days (after two weeks of complaining) that I received a tracking number for my boxes. Based on previous reviews about breakages for international moves I dreaded opening the boxes...unsurprisingly any vaguely fragile item was broken. On the plus side the boxes arrived eventually, cleared UK Customs and there were no added costs. Overall I would not recommend Capital for an international move, it is not worth the stress or the damage to your possessions. To date the company has not responded to my issue of breakages.

Despicable, unprofessional, disorganized and sloppy work! Despicable, unprofessional, disorganized and sloppy work!! 1) They did not unload the boxes 2) In the stairways, I found holes on the wall 3) In one of the room I also found holes on the wall 4) The curtains were crooked 5) After I called the manager, he had his workers come to make the repairs. In vain, the painting and the fixing were again totally sloppy!!! Very dissatisfied with the horrific experience. Would never recommend this company to any-one. If there was a 0 star grading available, I would give it just that!

Never again Their communication is good and in the beginning they were super quick to send someone out to do our house evaluation. However the actual moving day was a disaster. They didn’t evaluate properly, turns out we needed 2 more trucks, and then on the day charged us extra for this - despite giving us a competitive quote. In the end turned out heavily pricey and took forever as we had to wait for the next trucks to come in. Once this arrived the unpacking wasn’t great and many of our fragile and irreplaceable items were heavily damaged and destroyed. We have been moving for over 10 years along with these items and this is by far the worst experience.

Very professional Very friendly staff. Good communicators. Very fast and efficient team. Very polite people. Well planned and organised. Very smooth move. I will use them again and recommend to anyone wanting peace of mind and reliability.

dubai Very bad service, dont hire these guys, lost my shipment, Mr Shahid very arrogant person, non responsive, once you pay the amount then they will take you for a ride and will never respond nor pickup calls, i did this mistake by reading all positive reviews, but be cautious and check their authenticity and dont come in their sugar coated words.pathetic service

Capital Storage & Relocation Everything about this company was professional. Communication was excellent and prompt. The movers were here exactly when they said they would be. Shipping was arranged based on cost effectiveness for us. The customer service and support were the best.
