Integrated Logistics Very unhappy with their service, I have given my goods to be delivered to oman since 27th July and I was told that the goods would take approximately 7 to 10 days and till date I didn't receive my goods!! When I called to ask they told me on 28th August and then 30th August. My only point is they should give clear information to the customer and not give wrong information

Integrated Logistics Would rate as poor! Being a layman in this field, I asked several times (before finalizing the deal at Doha) if I need to pay anything at Adelaide to which the Gentleman repeatedly clarify that our quote is "delivery at your door" so you don't have to pay anything except the custom duty to Australian Government if applicable to your belongings. Note - There is no custom duty on my belongings. Had to pay 831.98 AUD (2330/- QR) to get my cargo at Adelaide in addition to the huge amount to you at Doha. I firmly believe, it's a moral responsibility of Cargo Service Provider to clearly inform the customer about any additional charges or hidden costs (like DHTC and inspection charges) which was not done intentionally to get the order at relatively low cost and knowing that he/she would not be able to do anything once leave shipping place. Anyway, I consider the above as lesson learnt and will not re-command to M/s Integrated Services to any of my Friends and Relatives. Thanks!
