Europe Remove Ltd I have absolutely no complaints. They were very competitive in price (£400). They were communicative - kept me up to date on where they were. Arrived on time, delivered on time, friendly movers and everything arrived in one piece. I moved about 3m3 from the Netherlands to the south of UK. Will definitely use t them again if I need to.

Europe Remove Ltd Overall the items were picked up and delivered on the day and any mistakes were made up for however lost points for 1) not arriving within the expected time frame on pick up day and not notifying us of the delay and 2) forgetting an item and having to deliver it later.

Europe Remove Ltd The move company arrived early on the date of collection. This was fine as they called in advance of 30 minutes. The movers did not remove their shoes at either end of the move nor did they offer. On receiving my furniture there was significant damage to a large black picture frame which was wrapped in its original packaging carefully as it was expensive. The company would not accept responsibility for this. There was also a pull on one of our sofa cushions which were not wrapped by the company and two large marks across our fabric sofas which also were not wrapped during transportation. Cris Pop the company director has lied about the way that the furniture 'was wrapped' and 'not dropped' to escape having to pay out for damage. Although they have said that they might have caused the large black mark which they think I could 'wipe off'... Unhelpful and blatant liars.
