lying terrible people moving things badly they gave me one pickup date for vehicle before i paid in advance, and another date once they received payment. gave me one delivery date for my property before paid, and another date after i paid. after providing pictures and documentation of damage and breakage from move, they will not return emails or phone calls. Lowina, is perhaps the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with, she is a lying, misquoting, insulting person who has no business being in business.

Calgary based criminal moving company - Lowina is a thief. I contacted this company and after speaking to a very 'fake happy' over the top woman named Lowina, I foolishly let her rush me in to giving this criminal company my $400 deposit. She strategically never told me that my $400 deposit was non-refundable. She sent me a confirmation email (time stamped) and 15 minutes later I called her back after having a bad feeling and then doing research on the company (I saw all their horrible 1 star reviews on Google and allegations of incompetence, deceit, extortion, blackmail and fraud. My phone call (also in my phone and time stamped) shows there was approximately 15 minutes betweeen my phone calls and the email that crooked Lowina sent me supports this. Well... When I called back and questioned Lowina about the reviews she told me frantically to ignore all of them and that people do not listen to her and do not know how to properly pack their belongings as a defence to the allegations of property damage by her employer. When I calmly asked (as per my voice recording) if she would refund my $400 deposit since it had only been 15 minutes (at most she made a phone call or sent an email regarding truck reservation during that 15 minute time frame) she said no. When I asked why not she said it would be applied to my final bill. I told her I could not trust her or the company she worked for and that there will be no final bill as I would not move forward with allowing/trusting them with my expensive furniture (over $100K CAD in value). She cited company policy and said that even with me not using their services that the deposit I gave on my VISA 15 minutes prior would not be refunded. No offer of escalating the call to her superiors, no solutions suggested... Simply, 'we have your money and we are keeping it'. Not on my watch! I told low morals Lowina that I had recorded the entire phone call and would be contacting VISA to dispute the charge as the fraud it is (no services rendered), leaving 1 star reviews and that I had the entire conversation recorded as evidence of her crime. Loser Lowina is going to be exposed with her trash company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS these people are cockroaches and bottom feeding criminals operating a very shady business! BE WARNED!
