Worst service I ever had. Lost my stuff, and even had to pay Terrible service. I booked their services when I moved from Germany to Spain. I sent 3 huge boxes and I was promised I would get them within 10 days. After 4 months I was dealing with them, and at the very end they recognised that they lost my stuff, who was delivered in Germany to a person I don't even know. I got a compensation, which was ridiculous but the worst thing is that I gave them my new account in Spain but they refunded the cost of the service to my German old account, so I didn't even get the refund for that pathetic service. Is a company I would never recommend, unless you don't mind losing your stuff.

Fine, good value I packed my sit on top kayak with a telescope and a separate portfolio. I delivered and picked up. All went smoothly and the price was right!
