Moving from Boston to Tokyo Door-to-port service included a friendly and professional home pickup, and succeeded in delivering my belongings undamaged to Japan. Communications were handled efficiently, with the exception of two points: 1) the estimated delivery time was quoted as 30 days, but the shipment took more than 70 days to arrive; 2) it remained highly ambiguous whether insurance would have covered any damage to my shipment, given a clause which nullifies coverage for boxes packed by the customer (ie me).
