They were supposed to arrive between 11-1pm, but finally turned up at 3pm. Then left at 6:30pm - leaving the place in shambles and not assembling any furniture. Even though I'd emailed a week prior to make sure they could assemble (because I had an injured shoulder, no tools and only my 10yr old son to help me out) I was assured they would. BUT according to the deliverymen on the day, screwing furniture together (even simple tables, chairs, a bedhead etc.) is too complicated for them, so when I complained they said they'd send someone down from Sydney to do it... never happened.

DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE ANY OF YOUR THINGS. They were used to transport my goods from Melbourne to Sydney (which had come from London). Any box that had fragile kitchen items or glassware etc was broken. They also lost so many of my items and only managed to located some of them after 3 weeks of being notified of the missing items. A lot of my expensive and irreplaceable mid-century furniture was damaged. I was constantly lied to by them about when my missing items would be delivered and whether they had been found. I had to chase almost daily and in the end, not all my missing items were found. Worst of all they wash their hands of this and refuse to take ownership of their abhorrent quality of service. Shame on you

Disaster Star movers using DHL. DHL Hungary is a total disaster. After a week emails, 100 documents, papers , papers, etc still I do not have my luggage. They also denied the contacts with me, thanks God I have my emails to prove it.

Star Moving Moved to Canada from australia. Pankaj (the staff who helped my quote and everything )was really helpful and fast reply all the time. Picked up on time on exact day we asked. Received boxes well but seems handled quite roughly but its okay understandable. Highly recommend star moving if you thinking to move to overseas.

Star Moving Been around 8 weeks, delivery has yet not been completed. Australia arm is trying to get delivery ETA from their India arm (Emerald Shipping) but no response from Indian side. In all this lack of communication, extremely upsetting experience in regards to completion of delivery. There is no follow up and ownership of responsibility.
