Well they say to you that everything is going to be ok but is not got my furniture from spain to bogota colombia ...got it im time but damaged my furniture and antics which they didnt care !! All they ask me was how much did you pay for insurance ??? But they tell you that everything is going to be ok ...had a big problem to get my insurance took over 5 months and they never really care !!! Mr barreto does not care also they have and agent in colombia and this woman called viviana NBC was going to rob me charging me 500 pounds ?? Told them but they didnt do anything about ..please try other company this NBC are the worst company and expierence l had ....find some one alse Senores la peor compania para traer tus muebles y demas me cobraron 11.400 euros y fuera de eso me danaron muchas cosas, porcelanas ,cuadros ,etc ...no te responden por nada son ineficientes buscate otra compania terrible experiencia fuera de eso tienen una agente en colombia y es ladrona !!cobrando extras !!! We moved from Barcelona to Amsterdam. The entire moving process took place smoothly and safely. Initially I contacted Guillermo Hoyos who came to our house to evaluate the content that would be transported. He was very professional, supportive and objective to my demands. Regarding to the transport of my plants, for example. Packing things in Barcelona was efficient and quick. The BCN team is very fast and efficient. The packed and loaded most of the stuff in one day and loaded the bigger itens the other day. I made the mistake of forgetting to notify them about an object that should remain in the apartment. The object was taken to the warehouse along with everything else. As soon as I reported the mistake (my mistake) the team was prompt and quick to bring the object back to the flat. Thank you Alexis and Andreas! (sorry if I got any names wrong). We did a shared move and in less than a week (4 days to be precise) the move arrived at our apartment in Amsterdam. The two guys from the BCN team who brought the moving to Amsterdam, Andreas and Hector were impeccable! They unloaded and assembled everything very safely, calmly and skillfully. All items arrived in perfect condition! We had an excellent experience with the BCN team, from start to finish. Thank you to you all! Monica Cella and family

We had our removal on the 8th of August from Barcelona and it arrived on the 2 weeks later on the 24th in d United Kingdom. This was our first time ever doing an international move. We were very skeptical and unsure at first cos u just never know what to expect and we were worried about our furniture's not arriving in one piece or stuff being missing. I spoke to about 10 companies! Not only were they much more expensive, some told me we our stuff might not arrive in 5 weeks! I spoke to Fran! Very nice and professional guy. He assured me everything will be fine and we took a chance. The four guys that came to do packing we're very professional and they treated all our furniture with care with all the wrappings. I think that's d most important part of the removal. It was supposed to arrive on the week of the 17th but they had some delays and it arrived 2 days later. I normally don't give reviews but I'm making an exception this time. I recommend this company to everyone. They are very professional and Good. The only downside was there's an additional bill if u're going to be using the Elevators. Its from the ayuntamiento. Its called Tasa de estacionamiento. I wasn't aware of this not until a few days later I was told to pay 200€ extra for the time the elevators were packed outside. Many thanks to Fran for making this removal stress free. Highly recommended.

I found the service excellent from beginning to end. I have had bad experiences with international moves in the past, but Fran Pena the team in Barcelona were very professional, responsive, and moved fast and efficiently at every step. I appreciated the fact that they could communicate with me in English, and that they explained the process and kept me updated along the way. Their contractors in the United States were also very good. My move from Barcelona to Washington was competed in record time.
