Getting close to 12 weeks since pick up and complete radio silence from this company so absolutely no idea if and when I'll be receiving my shipment from Christchurch to Melbourne. Really disappointing and stressful and doing this all on my own, putting my trust and possessions (that I do need) into a company that won't provide any communication leaving me, and my shipment very lost! Up until payment and pick up though, the service was great.

The move was slow but straightforward. There was confusion with the cost, but no major issues. Overall good service

Although we have not received our goods yet, I have every confidence that they will arrive safely and in good condition. We repatriated from Christchurch NZ to Scotland this year, and World Moving gave us top class service. Vicki talked me through the process, answered all my queries patiently and promptly, and the packing team were friendly and professional. I could not have asked for better service all round. When you don't know where to start or who to choose, you have to just trust someone, and World Moving did not let us down. Thank you to the team.

World Moving and Storage Ltd. Fantastic service. Full instructions given and understood when the movers arrived the boxes were taken and stickered with dockets relating to the paperwork. The boxes are yet to arrive in Germany so hopefully they will be in good order.
