Move from NZ to Japan Their response to my query was so quick and helpful. The shipment of my goods took one and half weeks since their pick up of my goods.

Was told Delivery would be Sunday/Monday and would be phoned Took longer than promised. I Phoned company and they promised Sunday/Monday and I would be contacted beforehand. Goods arrived unannounced a week later than they said.

Moving household goods from NZ to USA. We moved household items from Wellington, New Zealand to Austin, USA. Every single item (including glassware and framed artwork) arrived without any damage and within one week of us moving to USA. We saved a lot of money by packing ourselves (which we did very carefully) and received great communication about the process by email and over the phone. We received an email when the goods arrived and followed the instructions to pick our goods up and release from customs. Great affordable and timely service!

Comunication was poorly First of all - Friendly People. However, I was told I could track my items on the way to Zurich. Once arrived, my Bags were not there and I was told the will arrive a day later. So I drove home 2.5hrs. Coming back I didn't know where to pick up my luggage. No directions, No address. So I just followed the sign CARGO on the motorway. I was pointed in many directions, finally found where I was supposed to go, but they had already closed!

Budget Moving & Baggage Express International Very disappointing with the packing. Most of the goods were damaged because of the poor packing. The delivery promise was month and a half late!! The reason was totally unprofessional. Having the insurance i hope someone will contact me to cover the goods that were damaged. The only good were people who delivered the stuff. They were very professional and caring. On time and helped with unpacking some things, also they have witnessed the broken/ripped goods.

Budget Moving & Baggage Express International I had several quotes done in New Zealand and Budget came back to me first and the price was very comparative. Sarah Williams was amazing. As we live in Portugal it was sometimes difficult with the time difference, but nothing was to much. When they picked up our furniture from our storage unit we even received a call from Sarah asking if we wanted to ship certain stuff as it was not in a good condition and to a point that it could be dangerous. Very impressed with the service and will use them again in the future.
