Great customer service and would use again I had very minimal damage to 2 items. The customer service level was great, I didn’t get a prompt I hadn’t filled out the forms entirely properly but once I queried it it was wonderful and they were very patient with me as I’d never filled out the forms or moved furniture overseas. I would recommend to a friend but ensure they get insurance if they’re the type who cares about their items. Mine was 2 cheap shelves so I didn’t mind whatsoever.

Ausmove AusMove have great customer service as they respond quickly to queries. However, as there were damaged with packing some of my delicate items, I suggest that they carefully consider packing items like TV, clock, lamp, and kitchen appliances.
