long and disappointing It all went well went it left from Europe: they communicated, they kept us alert on where it was... however, as soon as it arrived in the middle east, there wasn't any communication, nobody knew where it was, it arrived more than two months late... and lots of it was smashed sadly... don't even think about claiming it from insurance, it's such a hassle and they ask for things that are virtually impossible to get. For instance, they wanted written evidence from an expert that out item was broken and that there wasn't possibility to fix it... well if the glass in the frame is smashed, you don't need to be an expert for that... very disappointing and I won't be using them again!
