We selected Mason Transport because of the many excellent reviews on a few Facebook pages for Americans moving over. From the beginning to pick up and delivery, every contact with Dave was professionally answered with kindnesss and patience, from the quote, to the required tedious paperwork, and working with us and another client near to us to share a container. Pick up by their cooperative service in the US, Schumacher, was timely and they packed and wrapped everything well for the journey. Delivery was quick and efficient and everything arrived! Would we recommend them to others? YES!!

Mason Transport brought my car back to Ireland from Australia recently. The car is a future classic performance car so I was concerned about choosing the right logistics company to do the job to ensure no damage was done to the car. I also transported my belongings in the same 20ft container. As I was relocating myself I was extremely busy taking care of all my other business, in fact I dropped my car off at the depot on my last day in Australia having only decided to go with Masons the week before. All I can say is that at every step along the journey Masons were extremely professional, courteous and punctual, I do not recall how many emails and phone calls I had with Masons but each time I needed to get in touch they were on the other end of the line and quickly. At the arrivals end Masons (being Ireland based) were extremely knowledgable about the Irish Customs and Revenue processes and ensured that my Transfer Of Residence application went through without issue. I had a tight schedule to collect the car and it was ready as promised. Most importantly it started and drove. I would not hesitate to use Masons again, and I would highly recommend their services based on my experience. Thanks Damien and Alex.

I cannot recommend Mason transport enough. There was never an issue and the lads were so easy to deal with. Always efficient with responding and I absolutely loved their laid back approach that the move would work out fine and it did. A huge thanks to Damien for all his extra help. Damien was always on the other end of the phone for any questions or concerns I had and went out of his way to assist me with queries that was out of his playing field.
