Fack Company

VERY IMPORTANT. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the most crappy company that exists. My advice . Do not contact them under any circumstances. Otherwise, it is fraught with big consequences for you and your things. Firstly, they kept our things in Turkey in some warehouses for more than a month and DID NOT SEND THEM. Secondly, our calls and messages are completely ignored. When we tried to contact them and find out why our items were still not sent. Thirdly, we were charged AGAIN, PAYMENT for the delivery and unloading of things from the port to the destination. Although we made a preliminary full payment when signing the contract for the services of this company (door to door), which, according to the contract, includes delivery and unloading at the destination. Fourthly - (and most importantly), A QUARTER OF OUR THINGS ARE MISSING!!! In other words, not all things reached their destination. (Such as: bicycles, bed frames, kitchen units, clothing, and many personal items). When we try to find out the reason for what happened, they either ignore us or try to shift the blame onto someone else. Fifthly, MOST of the things are BROKEN or DAMAGED. And this applies not only to fragile dishes, but also to fairly large and durable things. In short, most things have some kind of damage or are not suitable for use at all. The items were insured, but only for the complete loss of the entire container.

I feel like I was completely ripped off. The people who came to pack my belongings were careless. One of the men actually stepped on a painting! I was completely ripped off. I received numerous messages after my belongings had been taken telling me I owed more money. In Canada, the moving company (Orbit) didn't even bother to meet me at the customs office. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using these companies.
